NOT required on Inheritance Tax Return or

 Estate Information Form

 PA Department of Revenue does not require the Social Security Number of the surviving spouse on the first page of REV-1500 Resident Inheritance Tax return or Schedule H of the REV-1500.

PA Department of Revenue does not require the Social Security Number of the personal representative on the form REV-346 Estate Information Sheet.

Social Security Number of the decedent is still required.
