The Tax Certification service is offered to provide a legal document, certified by the County Treasurer, which serves as proof of payment of a tax bill on a particular parcel. Only current, County real estate taxes will be considered for certification.
Each Tax Certification request requires a fee of $16.00. Please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
To request a Tax Certification, you may either submit a completed form in person at the Courthouse, or send it by mail with a check or money order (either should be made out to the Treasurer of Chester County) to our address.
