OBTAINING A CERTIFIED COPY OF YOUR DEED OR OTHER DOCUMENT
The Chester County Recorder of Deeds Office offers certified copies of its records to the public. The cost of certification is $1.50. When a copy of the document is made by Recorder of Deeds staff, the cost is $5.00 per page, plus $1.50 certification fee. When a copy is made by the customer, the fee is $ .50 per page, plus the $1.50 certification fee.
