In addition to long term medical and nursing care services, Pocopson Home places emphasis on rehabilitation to assist our residents to live more independently and when possible, for the purpose of returning residents to their homes and community. Physical, speech and occupational therapies are provided under our physician directed care. All residents admitted into the Home are given an initial evaluation and a recommended plan of care is individualized to the resident's needs. Our aggressive restorative care program plays an important role in the long-term maintenance of residents' physical condition and their participation to the highest level of daily activities.
