{Nursing Services} Under physician direction, we offer 24-hour skilled nursing care with highly qualified registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and state certified nursing assistants. A11 nursing personnel attend orientation from 3 days to 3 weeks before being assigned to provide care to our residents. In-service education is also provided on an ongoing basis for staff to develop knowledge and skills necessary to perform their assigned duties safely and effectively.

Upon admission, an interdisciplinary team of professionals from nursing, rehabilitation, social service, dietary and activities departments evaluates residents. Together with input from family members, this team establishes a comprehensive care plan tailored to meet the needs of every resident. Care plans are constantly reevaluated to reflect the resident's emotiona1, physical and cognitive changes.
