Individuals or families interested in mental retardation services should contact the Mental Retardation Intake Officer at:

 

 

The Intake Officer explains the information needed to decide if the individual is eligible for MR services, and guides applicants through the application process.  Once the individual is determined eligible, the Intake Officer meets with the individual and family to explain services and funding options.  A Supports Coordinator is then assigned to help the individual and family identify needs and arrange services.
