The County provides Supports Coordination service at no charge for any Chester County resident with mental retardation who registers with the program.  Other services are funded in whole or in part by the County.  A variety of funding sources help to pay for services for qualifying individuals.

 

Depending on the type of service requested, the individual or family may pay a share of the cost.  For children under the age of eighteen (18), any cost sharing is based on the parent income.  For persons age eighteen or older, any cost sharing is based on the individual’s income.
