MR Eligibility
Any current resident of Chester County with mental retardation is eligible for services. The MH/MR Supports Coordination Unit is the first place to contact for any county MR service. Individuals with mental retardation and/or their families apply to this office to determine if they are eligible, and to identify the most suitable service(s) to meet their needs and desires.
