Each year Chester County MH/MR prepares a Mental Health Plan and Budget Request for the PA Department of Public Welfare to use in preparing a State budget request for the next year.  The PA Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services issues guidelines for consistent County Plan budget requests to the Governor. The Adult Mental Health Subcommittee of the MH/MR Advisory Board serves as the Recovery steering committee in the county. The Subcommittee, with input from Community Support Program (CSP) members, helps to decide priorities and regularly discusses service development and planning topics.
