Core Provider Agencies. The Core Provider agencies are the entry points for county-funded mental health services. Three Core Providers serve adults and five Core Providers serve children (up to 21 years) and families. Core Provider staff works with you or your family member to find out what will help. They will explain choices, help with funding applications, and develop a service plan to help you or your family member get services and supports.
