Wild Fowl
  • 5 or more dead birds (except pigeons) call  Pa Game Commission: 717- 787-5529
  • 20 or more dead birds (migratory water fowl) Pa Department of Agriculture: 717-772-2852
  • Sick or dead wild fowl may also be reported to the PA Wildlife Service at 866-4-USDA-WS
Domestic/Commercial Birds
  • Any number of dead birds, call Pa Department of Agriculture at 717-772-2852, or the USDA at 717-782-3442.
