 Results by Municipality
  Chester County Voter Services prints a canvass report at the end of each election that includes municipal totals for all offices. Anyone needing municipal totals can request a copy of the canvass report from our office.

  Election returns are presented on line on election night. The results shown are only for Chester County. The ballots are counted on a computer that is not directly connected to this internet page. If there are any problems with this system, they are independent from the computer ballot counting system tallying the election.

 Voter Hall of Fame
  The Pennsylvania Voter Hall of Fame was established to acknowledge and honor Pennsylvania voters who take their right of citizenship seriously. Membership is limited to Pennsylvanians who have voted consecutively in every November election for at least 50 years.

 Become a Precinct Election Official
 Change Your Name, Address, or Party
  If you change your name and/or address be sure to notify Chester County Voter Services. Notification must be submitted in writing.
 Change Your Party
  To change your party affiliation, you must complete a NEW Voter Registration Form. Be sure to check the change of party block.
 File a Complaint
  New Federal and State laws provide voters with the opportunity to file a complaint based on the belief that a State or local elections official or employee has violated, is violating, or is about to violate provisions of Title III of the federal Help America Vote Act of 2002 (relating to uniform and non discriminatory election technology and administration requirements)

  Precincts are alphabetized by the proper name of the municipality. For example, "East Bradford 1 is listed under B, West Goshen N-1 is listed under G, etc. For further assistance with directions to your polling place, contact information for each city, township, and borough in Chester County can be found on our Municipality Index page.

 Use the New Voting Systems
 Vote as a First Time Voter
  Pennsylvania Law requires that registered voters who appear in person to vote for the first time in a precinct (registration date after Jan. 1, 2003), must present an approved form of Photo I.D. before being permitted to vote. Below is a list of acceptable forms of I.D. as provided for in Act 150.

 Vote via Provisional Ballot
  New Federal and State laws provide voters with the opportunity to cast a provisional ballot under certain circumstances. County Election Officials will examine the provisional ballots within (3) days after the election to determine if the individual voting that ballot was entitled to vote at the election district in the election.
