About Us
Mission Statement
To provide effective, high quality alcohol, tobacco, and other drug prevention, intervention, and treatment services for the citizens of Chester County in order to prevent the onset of substance abuse and addiction wherever possible and, where it does exist, to mitigate its effects on individuals, families, and communities.

Goals

To provide high quality, comprehensive, and accessible treatment services for both adults and adolescents with substance abuse or addiction problems to assist them in beginning their recovery.

To provide technical and program assistance to individuals, families, and communities in order to prevent the onset of substance abuse and addiction.

To provide case management services to subsidized clients in order to insure appropriateness of service(s) and linkage to necessary ancillary services.
Primary Objectives

To provide subsidized drug and alcohol treatment services to 2,600 unduplicated citizens.

To provide prevention services to 25,000 citizens.

To provide case management services to 575 citizens.
