NEW WEB SITE FOR PAYORS TO MAKE CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
Effective May 1, 2006, defendants may now make their support payments on-line using VISA or MasterCard at
www.e-childspay.com.
SCDU’s Toll Free Credit Card line 1-800-955-2305 continues to accept both MasterCard and VISA for support payments.
Payors using the e-childspay website will be charged a flat rate of $11.75 per credit card transaction. The transaction fee is explained in the Legal Notices and Terms of Service link on the e-childspay.com homepage. Currently, e-childspay only accepts MasterCard payments as was the case with ExpertPay. We anticipate VISA will be accepted in the near future.
Payors who previously paid by credit card information with ExpertPay must re-register with e-ChildsPay. Payors may still view any previous credit card payments made on ExpertPay by viewing the reporting function.
Please note there is no message on the ExpertPay website redirecting users to the e-childspay website. This is prohibited by rules issued by the credit card companies.
