ARREST OF DENNIS ANTONIOUS

The Chester County Detectives today announced the arrest of Dennis Antonious, 69, of the 100 block of  Hedgerow Lane in West Chester PA on Friday November 14, 2008.  Antonious is charged with one count each of Theft by Deception, Theft by Failure to Make Required Disposition of Funds, Deceptive or Fraudulent Business Practices, Dealing in Proceeds of Unlawful Activities, and Criminal Conspiracy.

The charges relate to Dennis Antonious’s operation of a business under the names “Your Small Job Specialists,” ”A Small Job Specialists,” and other variations.  He is accused of making false and misleading statements to take over $45,000 from a family in Coatesville who had contracted with Mr. Antonious to complete a construction project.  

Dennis Antonious was taken before Magisterial District Justice Grover E. Koon for arraignment.   Bail was set at $25,000/10%, and Antonious was remanded to Chester County Prison. A preliminary hearing is set for November 24, 2008 at District Court 15-1-05 in the Highland Corporate Center in Coatesville PA.
