As of January 1, 2010 the CCCD will only accept NPDES permit applications submitted using the reissued NPDES (PAG 02) Permit Applications published by the PA DEP on December 8, 2009. All other submissions will be returned. Please, take note that fees associated with NPDES permits have also changed.
