Goals and Objectives
Goals:

To provide effective representation to indigent persons as mandated by the Constitutions of the United States and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (as implemented by statutes, rules, and court decisions).

The Office’s lawyers represent individuals faced with the following proceedings: criminal, summary offenses that may result in jail sentences, juvenile court hearings, probation and parole hearings, and some non-support and protection from abuse matters.
Primary objectives are:

To effectively represent a caseload of approximately 2,075 files per month.

To meet with new clients within 1 to 2 weeks of arrest.
