To provide residents with the opportunity to register to vote, to conduct fair, accurate and impartial elections in Chester County and to afford all registered electors the opportunity to participate in the election process.

Goals and Objectives

Goals:

• To maintain approximately 300,000 voter registration records.

• To produce an accurate listing of qualified electors for each election.

• To improve the accuracy of voter registration rolls.

• To improve the lines of communication with prospective candidates.
