Goals:
To improve the communications between management, supervisors and employees.

To assist employees in creating a personal career development plan.

To encourage employee participation in the Employee Suggestion Plan.

To provide the best quality employee training and education opportunities possible.
Primary objectives are:

To improve the Employee Retirement process.

To review department Policies/Procedures Manuals for consistency and compliance with county policies and higher level legislation.

To continue the Chester County Training Program Strategic Training Plan process.

To work with Controllers Office to develop a Payroll manual.
