Mission Statement
To provide efficient and cost-effective coordination and deliveries of U.S. Mail and interoffice mail, and provide centralized printing and duplicating services to all county departments.
 
Goals and Objectives
Goals:
  • To provide one to four-color printing services for business cards, letterhead, envelopes, carbonless forms, newsletters and other essential printed documents to all county departments.
  • To provide county departments with full service color and black and white duplicating, and bindery services.
  • To provide both U.S. Mail and interoffice mail services to all county locations.
Primary objectives are:
  • To increase the use of electronic capabilities of copying equipment to improve efficiency and quality of product and decrease turn around time.
