The Manor House at Springton Manor Farm is a historic home for a memorable occassion. Host your special event cloaked in surroundings of old world elegance and warmth. From the austere dining room to the rose-patterned Victorian front entry and high-beamed ceiling music room, the history of the Manor House dates back to 1833, with each room reflecting the period in which it was built.

The Manor House overlooks 300 acres of centuries-old sugar maples, open pastures and stately Penn Oaks, which grace the lower pond. A Victorian garden, gazebo and tiled terrace enhance the ambiance of this historic Chester County home.

The Manor House at Springton Manor Farm is available for weddings, business meetings, family gatherings, class reunions, or that special celebration. Wedding ceremonies may be held outdoors in the perennial Victorian garden and gazebo area, with the reception flowing through and around the Victorian Manor House.

Rental of the Manor House include use of the kitchen for your caterer and their staff. The kitchen features a commercial quality refrigerator; freezer; double oven with six-burner stovetop; three stainless-steel worktables, and a three-bowl sink.

Adding to the stately elegance of bygone days, the house is furnished in Victorian decor. The second floor features a Bride's sitting room and private bathroom for bridal party use. Guests/ clients may be seated throughout the first floor of the house, on the patio, on the front porch, or on the surrounding lawn areas.

To enhance your special event, rental tents and dance floors are permitted on the site. Special areas are set aside for these.

Business retreats and family reunions have delighted in self-guided walks through the Butterfly House, meadows and surrounding landscaped grounds.

Host relaxing, productive meeting without the interruption of the usual workplace. Business functions may branch off into several areas throughout the property.
