Chester County contains seventy-three municipalities consisting of one city, fifteen boroughs, and fifty-seven townships.  For purposes of the Community Development Block Grant program, based on the 2000 census/HUD low-mod summary data, thirty-two municipalities contain low- and moderate-income areas eligible to receive assistance.  Maps detailing the eligible areas are listed below in alphabetical order by municipality.
