Workforce Investment Act Programs
{WIB Logo} DCD is the entity designated by the
Chester County Workforce Investment Board and the Chester County Board of Commissioners to act as the administrative entity and the fiscal agent for the operation of Workforce Investment Act programs in the Chester County Local Workforce Investment Area.
WIA programs are also available at the PA CareerLink center, 250 Harmony Street, Coatesville.
