APPRISE Insurance Counseling Service: APPRISE counselors are specially trained to answer your questions about Medicare and provide you with objective, easy-to-understand information about health insurance. Specifically, APPRISE can answer your questions about Medicare, Medicare Supplemental Insurance, Medicaid, and Long-Term Care Insurance as well the new prescription drug plans.
The Chester County Department of Aging Services has a voicemail box designated for the APPRISE program. Please call 610-344-5004 and leave your name, phone number and a short message. You will receive a phone call back from an APPRISE Counselor within 24 hours!.
