This department collects and distributes monies that have been ordered to be paid by the Court in criminal matters.  The Collection Officers develop, monitor and enforce payments plans. This department collects the following types of monies: Electronic Monitoring Fees, Supervision Fees, Costs of Prosecution, Fines, Restitution and Constable Costs.  This department also manages billing and payments made by the Chester County Juvenile offenders. Civil Judgements in favor of the Probation Office are automatically filed in the Prothonotary’s Office on all balances due. The Collection Department accepts payment by cash, first-party checks, money orders, Western Union or credit cards (Visa, Discover and MasterCard).  All credit card payments must be made in person.
